This Privacy Policy describes the information processed when you use Galaxy Match (the “App”) on Android or iOS. “We,” “our” and “us” refer to the developer and operator of Galaxy Match. For privacy inquiries, contact aboud.naouss.an@gmail.com.
1. Information processed
Depending on the features you use and your device and privacy settings, the App and integrated service providers may process:
- Game and account data: an app or player identifier, nickname or profile/avatar selection when provided, scores, levels, stars, coins, unlocked planets and galaxies, leaderboard entries, and related progress information.
- Purchase and entitlement data: purchased product identifiers, purchase status, transaction or order identifiers needed to recognize transactions, virtual currency balances, and remove-ads entitlement. We do not collect payment-card numbers; store payments are handled by Google Play or Apple.
- App usage and analytics data: app opens, sessions, screen views, engagement, advertising-reward activity, and certain gameplay achievements and campaign-measurement events where enabled.
- Device, network and diagnostic data: device type, operating system and app version, IP address, device/app instance identifiers, advertising identifiers where permitted, error and performance information, and advertising interactions.
- Support correspondence: your email address and information you choose to send us when contacting support or making a privacy request.
Not all information is collected from every player. Processing varies according to platform, features, integrated services, device permissions, and applicable consent choices.
2. Why this information is used
- Operate the App and provide game functionality, including player progress, leaderboards, rewards, and purchased entitlements.
- Secure the App, verify transactions, prevent misuse and fraud, and troubleshoot technical problems.
- Measure app reliability and usage, assess which features players use, and improve the experience.
- Display advertising, administer rewarded advertising, and evaluate advertising campaign performance, subject to applicable privacy controls.
- Respond to support messages and privacy rights requests, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Third-party services
Galaxy Match integrates external technologies. Depending on your use, information may be processed by the following providers under their own terms and privacy notices:
Google Firebase and Google Analytics for Firebase
We use Firebase infrastructure and analytics for functions such as app services, player-related features, sessions, screen views, user engagement and technical measurement. Firebase services may process app identifiers, account identifiers, device details and events. See Firebase privacy and security information and Google Privacy Policy.
Google AdMob and Google's consent tools
We use AdMob to serve advertisements including app-open, interstitial and rewarded advertisements. AdMob and advertising partners may process device identifiers, IP addresses, approximate location inferred from network information, advertisement activity and technical signals as permitted by applicable law and privacy choices. Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) is used to present applicable advertising privacy options. See Google Privacy Policy.
Meta Platforms
We use the Meta SDK for app and advertising measurement, such as activation, level completion, galaxy progression and purchase-related conversion events. Where permitted, Meta may process app activity, device or advertising identifiers, and purchase event details such as product/value/currency to measure advertising effectiveness. We do not intentionally send payment-card details, player emails, or purchase receipts to Meta. See the Meta Privacy Policy.
App stores and purchases
Google Play and Apple's App Store process in-app purchases and related billing. We may receive transaction status, product and entitlement information needed to grant and maintain purchases. See Google and Apple privacy information.
4. Advertising and analytics choices
Where applicable, the App provides a Google UMP advertising privacy message and a separate Meta measurement choice. On Apple devices, Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission may also be requested. You may change applicable device tracking permissions in your operating system settings and use available in-app privacy settings.
These controls are not interchangeable. In particular, declining Meta measurement or ATT authorization does not by itself mean all Firebase Analytics or necessary app-service processing is disabled. Analytics may operate as configured for the App, subject to applicable legal requirements. You can contact us about your privacy options and rights.
5. Legal bases for processing
Where the EU/EEA GDPR or similar law applies, the legal basis depends on the processing activity. We process information necessary to operate requested game features and purchases in connection with providing the service; may rely on legitimate interests for appropriate security and service integrity measures; and seek consent where required for non-essential advertising, tracking and measurement. Some processing may be required by law. Consent can be withdrawn through available settings or by contacting us where relevant, without affecting processing already carried out lawfully.
6. Sharing and international processing
Information is shared with service providers when necessary for the purposes described above, and may be processed on servers outside your country, including outside the EEA. The providers may use legally required safeguards for international transfers. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the App, users or legal rights. We do not state that all third-party processing is under our direct control.
7. Data retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for App operation, legitimate business purposes, security, resolving disputes and complying with legal requirements. Different retention schedules may apply to analytics systems, purchase records and provider-managed information. Some information may remain in backups or legal records for a limited period after a deletion request where justified or legally required.
8. Your rights and data deletion
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, object to or restrict certain processing of your personal information, and withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. You may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.

We will respond within applicable legal requirements. Deleting game data may remove progress, rankings or related in-game information; purchase records subject to store or legal obligations may be retained where required.
9. Children's privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can review and address it in accordance with applicable law.
10. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information using appropriate technical and organizational safeguards and service providers. However, no network transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, integrations, or legal requirements change. The effective revision date will be shown above, and changes will be published at this URL. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
